• All lessons require a 48 hour cancellation request.
   

• 10 Minute Rule: If your child does not enter the pool within 10 minutes of his/her lesson, they will be dismissed.
   

• All lessons must be paid for when booked.
   

• Booking a lesson requires a commitment of at least 8 weeks.
   

• Lessons are scheduled once a week.
   

• Parents/guardians are not encouraged to go past the fence during your child's lesson.

  • This excludes the first lesson.

  • You are allowed to watch the last five minutes of the lesson.
     

• Acceptable forms of payment: Cash, Check, Card and Venmo.
   

• A waiver must be signed for permission to post your child on my social media accounts; you most definitely can opt out.
   

• Your child will be "cleared" to swim after I have received and reviewed all paperwork which will be sent via email.
   

• The minimum age for swimmers is 4 years old.  Your swimmer must turn four on or before August 1st, 2022.
   

• If your lesson is cancelled due to inclement weather, you will be notified via text and email one hour prior to your lesson.
   

• Lessons cancelled by instructor will result in a make up session.
